We're proud of our work in the restoration
of this historic property to its former glory.
The main house has 12,000 square
feet and 19 rooms. Construction was completed in 1906 for the
original owner, Romulus Riggs Colgate. More recently, the property
was owned by the late singer, songwriter and producer Paul Leka.
